Effective: 28 August 2026

Your information and our venue hospitality

PolishPint is a Warsaw bar and event-hosting business. Most of the personal data we process is collected when you complete a booking enquiry, sign up for updates or ask us a question. We keep only what is needed to respond, plan the event and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing outside the scope you have agreed to.

Our standard

Principles behind this document

We prefer direct explanations, proportionate processes and practical routes for raising questions.

Lawful and transparent

We process personal data only when we have a valid legal basis, such as taking steps before a contract, fulfilling a contract, meeting a legal obligation or protecting vital interests. We tell visitors what we do with their data before it is collected.

Limited and accurate

We collect the minimum information needed for the stated purpose, check that contact details are correct before an event and remove or update records when they are no longer accurate or necessary.

Secure and accountable

Access to personal data is limited to staff and trusted processors who need it for their role. We keep records of how we handle data so that we can demonstrate compliance with Polish and European data-protection rules.

Categories of personal data we process

The data we typically process includes your name, contact email, telephone number, party size, preferred date, dietary or accessibility notes and any special requests you provide. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

Contact and event details

Names, email addresses and telephone numbers are used to confirm bookings, send practical information and keep you updated if the plan changes. We retain these for up to two years after the event for accounting, disputes and repeat-customer service.

Preferences and accessibility notes

Dietary requirements, mobility notes and other preferences are stored only for the period needed to deliver the event safely and are then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them on file for future visits.

How it works

How you can exercise your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability in certain cases. We respond to requests within one month unless the request is complex.

  1. 01Send a request by email to [email protected] or through the contact form, describing clearly what you want to access, change or delete.
  2. 02We will confirm your identity and the data we hold, then carry out the requested action or explain why we are unable to do so under applicable law.
  3. 03If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Polish data-protection authority or another EU supervisory authority with jurisdiction.

Who is responsible for your data

Polish Pint Events Sp. z o.o. is the data controller for information collected through this website and at the venue. The company is registered in Poland and operates from ul. Nowy Świat 27, 00-029 Warszawa. Any third-party services we use, such as payment or analytics providers, act as processors under written contract.

Your choices and cookie settings

When you first visit our site you can choose whether to accept analytics and preference cookies. You can change that choice at any time by clearing your browser storage or contacting us. Essential cookies needed for the site to function cannot be refused.

Questions about privacy and data protection

Do you share my data with advertisers?

No. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or brokers. We share data only with trusted processors who help us deliver the service, such as payment or email providers, and only under contract.

How long do you keep enquiry details?

We keep enquiry and booking details for up to two years after the event date to support accounting, safety records and repeat booking enquiries, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Can I ask you to delete all my data?

You can ask, and we will delete data that is no longer needed for a legal or contractual purpose. Some records must be kept for accounting, tax or safety reasons for the period required by Polish law.
