Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the PolishPint website and the booking of hosted events at our Warsaw venue. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these conditions.

Using the PolishPint site and services
This site describes our bar, menus, event formats and private experiences. Making an enquiry does not create a contract. A booking becomes binding only after PolishPint issues written confirmation and the required payment or deposit has been received.
What these terms cover
These terms cover website use, booking conditions, guest conduct, payment, cancellation, liability, age requirements, changes to the event and your responsibilities as the organiser or guest.
At a glance
Bookings are confirmed in writing. Guests must be 18 or older. Cancellations follow the scale below. PolishPint is a hospitality venue, not a gambling operator.

We prefer direct explanations, proportionate processes and practical routes for raising questions.
Responsible behaviour
Guests are expected to behave safely and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove disruptive guests to protect others and our team.
Fair resolution
If something does not go as planned, we will work with the organiser to find a reasonable solution. Where a refund is due, it is processed using the original payment method where possible.
Booking, payment and cancellation terms
A deposit may be required to hold a date. The balance is due before or on the day of the event, depending on the package. Prices are quoted in PLN and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation and changes
A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation. Changes to the date, guest count or format must be requested as soon as possible. Late reductions may not reduce the total price.
Age and conduct
All guests at hosted card and casino-inspired events must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to show valid identification. Event chips carry no cash value and no real-money wagering takes place.
How it works
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations are handled according to the time before the confirmed event date. We recommend event insurance for large corporate bookings.
- 01More than 14 days before the event: a full refund is usually available, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already committed.
- 02Between 7 and 14 days: 50 percent of the agreed package price may be retained to cover preparation and staff allocation.
- 03Less than 7 days: the full agreed price is typically retained, though we may offer a credit for a future event at our discretion.
Liability and safety
PolishPint maintains appropriate public liability insurance. We are not responsible for personal items left unattended, for injuries caused by guest misconduct or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as transport disruption or severe weather.

When is a booking legally confirmed?
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation and any required deposit has been received. Until then, the date may still be available to another group.
Can I cancel without charge?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event can usually be refunded in full, minus non-refundable third-party costs. Shorter notice may result in partial or full retention of the agreed price.
Is PolishPint a real-money casino?
No. PolishPint is a hospitality and event venue. Our casino-inspired tables use entertainment chips with no cash value. No real-money wagering or cash prizes are offered.
